If you find a lower rate for the same room type, either prior to making a reservation OR within 24 hours of booking with us, please call our reservations department or email us at vacation@avalonhotel.com. Please include your contact information and reservation number if you booked directly with us. If you qualify for the offer, we will not only match the rate you found, we'll lower your rate $10 per day.
Please note that to qualify for the Guaranteed Best Rate offer, the rate you found:
- The room type must be identical
- Must be for the same number of nights
- Offer not valid on non-refundable rates
- Rate must have been found on a website where a reservation can be made directly and appearing on an authorized distributor of rates for the hotel
The following items are included with a resort fee of $39 USD (plus 14% tax):
- Daily continental deluxe breakfast: 7-10 AM

- Bottled water delivered daily to room

- Check-in is 3 PM.
- Checkout is 11 AM.
- Early check-ins will not be guaranteed.
- Early checkouts are subject to a one-night charge unless it is a non-refundable reservation.
- Late departures are subject to an additional charge.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
- Children up to nine years old stay free with an accompanied adult.
- Maximum two adults per room.
- The property is completely smoke-free. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply.
- Cribs are available upon request.

A valid credit card must be presented upon check-in. An amount equal to room/tax (unless prepaid) plus $35 per night for incidentals for the entire stay will be authorized upon check-in, this authorization will be released to the credit card holder at time of checkout. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about details.
Cash, prepaid/gift cards are not accepted for room payments or deposits. Guests must check in with valid credit cards and government-issued IDs.
- A one-night charge will be billed 24 hours before arrival except for non-refundable or advanced-purchase bookings as they cannot be cancelled or transferred at any point.
- Cancel more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax charges.
- Group bookings are subject to their contracted policy.
