- Must be for the same number of nights
- The room type must be identical

- Check in time is 3 PM.
- Check out time is 11 AM.
- Early check-ins will not be guaranteed.
- Early checkouts are subject to a one night charge, unless it is a non-refundable reservation.
- Late departures are subject to additional charge. Departures after 6 pm are subject to a one night charge.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
- Children up to 9 yrs old stay free with an accompanied adult.
- Maximum two adults per room.
- The property is completely smoke free. There is a significant room recovery fee for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
- Cribs are available upon request.

A valid credit card must be presented upon check in. An amount equal to room/ tax (unless prepaid) plus $35 per night for incidentals for the entire stay will be authorized upon check-in, this authorization will be released to the credit card holder at time of Check-out. HOTEL PAYMENT POLICY
Cash, prepaid/gift cards are not accepted for room payments or deposits. Guests must check in with valid credit cards and government issued ID.
DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- A one night charge will be billed 24 hours before arrival except for non-refundable or advanced purchased bookings as they cannot be cancelled or transferred at any point.
- Cancel more than 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax charges.
- Group bookings are subject to their contracted policy.

Only 1 dog is allowed per room (up to 25 lbs) at a charge of USD 50 per day. A deposit of USD 50 per stay.
